The Officers and Directors of The International Seniors Amateur Golf Society are extremely pleased to announce that we will be conducting the 2025 Summer Championship at Verdura Resort in Sicily, Italy October 7-14, 2025!

Home of the European Tour’s Rocco Forte Sicilian Open, the resort features two 18-hole links-style championship golf courses – Verdura Links and Verdura Shore – and a nine-hole Executive Course, all designed by acclaimed golf architect Kyle Phillips. Practice facilities include the Performance Centre and Fitting Centre.

Tournament Details
Stableford Division (Tees approx. 6,200 yards)
72-hole stableford competition. Flights will be determined by handicap with Gross and Net for the First Flight by index, Net only for all other flights.
Super Seniors Division (Age 70 and over, Tees approx. 5,800 yards)
72-hole net stableford competition for players ages 70 and older, unless another division is specified. Flights will be determined by handicap with Gross and Net for the First Flight by index, Net only for all other flights.
Three-Day Stableford Division
54-hole net stableford competition. Flights will be determined by handicap with Gross and Net for the First Flight by index, Net only for all other flights.
Two-Day Stableford Division
36-hole net stableford competition.
Two or Three-Day Social Division
36 or 54-hole Social golf with no formal competition.
Non-Golfing Spouses
The island of Sicily at the toe of Italy’s boot has an incredible history. Over its lifetime, it has been governed by many great civilizations, from the Romans and the Greeks to the Byzantine empire. Each culture has left its mark in some way or another, the Greeks and Romans through striking architecture. Take a tour of these beautiful preserved ruins in Western Sicily to step back in time and discover the multicultural heritage of the island.

Verdura Resort
Following a soft renovation, Verdura Resort’s newly decorated rooms and suites are unveiled in 2023. Nature, attention to craftsmanship, local materials and a curiosity about Sicily’s cultural heritage inform our spaces. The fresh makeover embodies the signature style of Olga Polizzi, the Director of Design for Rocco Forte Hotels, and is inspired by our surroundings.
Set within their landscape, the rooms are positioned as social spaces, rooted in their location on Sicily’s unspoilt southern coast. Breathe the air and you’ll know exactly where you are. Carefully considered choices of citron yellow, burnt orange and russet red reflect the natural beauty of Sicily, land of the sea and ancient civilisations. Materials such as stone, wood, ceramics and hand crafted linens add texture while making the most of Sicily’s historical importance as a centre for art.
Each project and every space is approached as an encounter between the physical and sensory. Living rooms are connected to the sounds and sights of the outdoors, brought in through large glass expanses providing a window onto nature. Central to the design are two of our greatest passions, food and wine – transported from Sicily’s fertile ground to the interiors of our rooms and suites through a fully sensual experience.
ISAGS Headquarters will be at the Verdura Resort in Sicily, Italy. A limited number of Deluxe Rooms are reserved at a daily rate of 490 Euros per night with daily breakfast included. Upgraded suites may also be options based on availability at the time of booking. Preference of room type will be honored based on the order in which reservations are received. All contestants must stay at Verdura Resort and are responsible for making their own reservations. ISAGS has negotiated rates for a block of rooms and has made significant guarantees regarding rooms, hence the requirement to stay at the Resort.
Hotel booking instructions will be provided following entry confirmation as soon as possible. Room availability is limited to confirmed participants and reservations will be confirmed in the order that they are received.
